Benton, Arkansas – Char Boulch was named the next CEO of Saline Health System on February 7, 2025, by Saline Memorial Hospital, with effect from February 17.

Boulch has been the hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer since 2023.

Boulch has demonstrated leadership abilities as a member of the staff, which have guided group efforts to the hospital’s notable quality improvements.

During her time as CNO, both acute and inpatient rehabilitation admissions and patient experience scores increased.

Jen Alderfer, president of Lifepoint Health’s western division, stated, “Char is a proven leader with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a talent for bringing teams together to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.”

“She is a great fit to head Saline Memorial because of her background, vision, and commitment to both patients and employees. We have faith that the hospital will keep pursuing its goal of improving community health under her direction.

Boulch will continue to build on her work as CNO as she fills in, looking for ways to increase the hospital’s community ties and essential services.

Notable duties that Char was heavily involved in were staff development and preserving a collaborative atmosphere.

She began working in the medical field as a patient access clerk.

Her perspective on compassionate care in that role forced her to cultivate a profound feeling of appreciation for the medical community.

With eight years of senior leadership experience and over 22 years of healthcare industry experience, Char is well-prepared to serve.

Char’s steadfast commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and assisting medical personnel has propelled her to advance into senior roles throughout her career.

She performed senior nursing leadership roles in a number of hospitals prior to joining Saline Memorial.

Additionally, she spearheaded strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, quality, and patient care.

“I am honored to continue serving Saline Memorial in this new role,” Boulch stated.

“Working with our committed staff has allowed me to witness directly the enthusiasm and dedication they show to our patients on a daily basis. My main goal will be to make sure they have the resources, atmosphere, and support necessary to deliver the best possible care while simultaneously enhancing the hospital’s influence on the neighborhood.”
