North Little Rock police officer Tommy Norman confirms having a heart attack
Little Rock, Arkansas — Tommy Norman, beloved North Little Rock police officer announced on Monday he suffered a heart attack after experiencing severe chest pain.
He was admitted into CCU where a cardiac catheterization was performed and blockage was found, according to a post from Norman’s Twitter account.
During the procedure, a stent was placed in the officer’s heart.
According to Norman, he will be in the hospital for at least one more night.
