Links positivity bench installed in Little Rock
Little Rock, Arkansas – The subject of a very unique present from the Little Rock chapter of Links, Incorporated is “Dream – Believe – Achieve.”
The Bernice Gardens, which are located at the intersection of Main Street and Daisy Bates, received a positive bench from the organization.
It is hoped that sitting on the bench will promote goodwill, introspection, and mediation.
The endeavor, according to a Links member who instructs nursing courses, is off to a strong start.
“It was very fitting to see my student here. He says he comes here often to just get away and get a sense of peace,” Shelia Brooks said. “So, the bench is already doing what it’s supposed to do.”
The optimism bench is a component of Links, Inc.’s global effort, which is being carried out in cities all over the world.
Over 65 years have passed since the Little Rock chapter first started doing community service.
