Police in Sherwood are looking into reports of a gas leak at Sylvan Hills Junior High School
Sherwood, Arkansas – Officers and fire departments were looking into complaints of a gas leak at Sylvan Hills Junior High School, according to Sherwood police on Friday morning.
According to representatives of the Sherwood Police Department, the school was evacuated as soon as the complaints were received. According to school officials, pupils were let go at 11:30.
The gas company and the fire department have both left the school, according to SPD officials. Police also stated that the leak’s origin was unknown.
There are currently no injuries, according to officers. Additionally assisting with the inquiry is the Gravel Ridge Fire Department.
