Bicyclist dies after being struck by vehicle in Conway
Conway, Arkansas – A 28-year-old man died in a car crash in Conway Saturday evening, reported Arkansas State Police.
State police said the crash happened at Arkansas Highway 365 and Bronnie Lane, just after 6 p.m.
Christian Ambriz, of Conway, was riding his bicycle headed south on the highway when he merged into the traffic lane from the shoulder to cross a bridge in front of a Chevrolet Silverado. The truck hit the bicyclist. Ambriz died in the crash.
Conditions were clear and dry at the time of the crash.
