Child battling cancer receives gifts from Maumelle Tractor Supply Company
Little Rock, Arkansas – An adorable two-year-old child fighting cancer has received gifts from the Maumelle Tractor Supply Company Distribution facility (TSC).
The company created stuffed animals, toys, t-shirts, and hats for Brooks Anderson, who is battling rhabdomyosarcoma, or RMS.
The most prevalent kind of soft tissue sarcoma is this one. Muscle tissue in certain parts of the body is the initial target of tumors that can spread to any region of the body.
According to a press release, the most frequently affected locations are the head, neck, bladder, and womb.
“Brooks finds a distraction from it when he plays with tractors, his favorite toys”, Brooks mother Ashlyn Anderson said. “This was such a wonderful thing Tractor Supply Company did for my son. He loves tractors and seeing the joy on his face when he saw the box full of toy tractors, books and stuffed animals.”
Ashlyn said that Brooks felt better after having chemotherapy for a week because of the gifts.
“Brooks strength and determination are an inspiration to us all, and the team went the country mile to play small part in his journey. Seeing his smile was the highlight of our week, we were happy to help bring that smile out,” Ritchson said.
