lane closures on Interstate 30 in Saline County overnight
Little Rock, Arkansas – I-30 lane closures will occur overnight, the Arkansas Department of Transportation announced on Friday as part of the widening project.
According to ARDOT, I-30 is being extended to six lanes.
Between exit 111 and Sevier Street, construction workers will begin working in the eastbound and westbound lanes.
According to ARDOT, there will be sporadic lane closures in February.
From 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., traffic in the eastbound or westbound directions will be limited to one open lane.
Along with assistance from the Arkansas Highway Police, traffic control measures such as construction barrels, signage, and construction barrels will be in place.
Drivers are urged to use caution and pay attention to slower traffic speeds as they pass through the construction zone.
