Magnolia family establishes non-profit to aid others following the passing of their kid
Little Rock, Arkansas – Caleab Radford-Todd, 7, passed away recently, and his parents were moved to create a non-profit organization to support kids and families who are in need of hope during difficult times.
On June 20, Radford-Todd passed away from stage 3 brain cancer. According to his mother Jessica Radford, he persevered through everything and cheered up everyone he came into contact with.
He didn’t cry; he was just very sweet and hit the mark. According to Radford, “everyone thought he was just so mature for his age.”
She claimed they were unaware of a problem until Caleab started having quiet seizures. After being brought to Arkansas Children’s Hospital, a stage 3 brain cancer diagnosis was made for him.
According to his father Darius Todd, things got really serious.
Todd remarked, “We had no idea what to expect because everything happened so quickly.”
He stated that although Caleab received radiation and chemotherapy for six months, it was sadly insufficient to preserve his life.
Todd urged him, “Love your kids’ man and pray to God.”
He and Jessica have learned the value of time as a result of this reality.
Radford remarked, “We didn’t expect this, but he told us he loved us.”
The two are now launching a nonprofit organization to assist other families going through same or identical circumstances. It is intended to remember Caleb’s life and provide hope to those who are most in need of it.
We want to establish a nonprofit organization to help all of that; it’s not only about kids with cancer or tumors. Our other son has autism. Any child experiencing anything, from any household,” Radford remarked.
