North Little Rock, Arkansas – North Little Rock resident Jeremiah Scott said he is now gathering the bravery to talk about the risks he has faced since relocating to the area.

“Throughout my life, I have lived in many cities, but I have never lived in one as dangerous as this one,” Scott remarked.

Scott claimed that after relocating from the northeast to North Little Rock three years ago, he now lives in constant anxiety.

“We saw and experienced the house across the street at 3 a.m. burst into flames after there were gunshots and a murder up the street,” Scott recalled.

He claimed that since moving into his house, crime has been rampant and is only going to become worse, describing the neighborhood as something from a real crime show.

Scott remarked, “I had to have titanium plates in my face rebuilt after this gentleman crushed my face in.”

He claimed that although he had been assaulted and had his house broken into, Monday was the worst because a robbery occurred on a trip to the store.

“They were armed when they pulled up, and I nearly fell off the bike. I retaliated, and there was gunfire, and they took my bike and everything on it,” Scott recalled.

He claimed that as the bullet missed his face by an inch, his life flashed before his eyes.

It was unexpected and alarming. “Totally unexpected,” Scott remarked. “Just trying to get my mind around it is making me stutter.”

According to Scott, the electric bike was almost $1,200.

According to Scott’s wife, they no longer have a means of transportation. According to the pair, this is their cue to depart.

“We decide to take these extra precautions, buy an additional camera and light,” Julia Gilbert remarked, “and then another frightening incident occurs.”

To replace the bike, the couple has launched a GoFundMe page.
