Ricky Stromberg, a center from Arkansas, was chosen by the Washington Commanders

Little Rock, Arkansas – Ricky Stromberg, a former center for Arkansas, is moving to Washington.
The Razorback was chosen by the Washington Commanders as the 97th overall choice in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft in Kansas City, Missouri.
Stromberg, 6-4 and 313 pounds finished his collegiate career with 25 straight starts and won the league’s top offensive lineman the Jacobs Blocking Trophy last year.
The Arkansas attack, one of the most successful in program history with 6,128 yards gained, was led by the 2022 First Team All-SEC offensive lineman.
In his four seasons at Arkansas, Stromberg concluded his collegiate career with an 82.4 blocking grade and only four sacks.
In this year’s draft, he is the second Razorback to go off the board. Drew Sanders, a linebacker, was the 67th overall pick by the Denver Broncos in the third round.
