Southland Casino Hotel supports local organizations in providing meals for families in West Memphis during the holiday season
Little Rock, Arkansas – Southland Casino Hotel is kicking off the holiday season early this Thanksgiving by generously providing gift certificates for turkeys and hams to local community organizations.
Hope House, 8th Street Mission, Good Neighbor Love Center, and Hughes Christian Outreach Ministry have received 300 certificates to assist in feeding families in West Memphis during the holiday season.
“At Southland, we are dedicated to uplifting our local community year-round, especially during the holiday season when the demand from various organizations grows,” stated Osi Imomoh, president and general manager of Southland Casino Hotel.
“Donating turkey and ham certificates allows us to create a significant difference in the West Memphis community, ensuring families can savor a Thanksgiving meal together.”
According to a release, the donations, valued at an impressive $7,500, will support upcoming holiday outreach events.
