The 2023 spring commencement ceremony at Arkansas State University
Jonesboro, Arkansas – A significant day in the lives of 2,100 students at Arkansas State University was celebrated on Saturday by family and friends.
Graduates walked across the stage in two separate ceremonies to collect their diplomas from Chancellor Todd Shields during the university’s 2023 Spring Commencement ceremony at First National Bank Arena.
Of those, 202 graduated with honors and a grade point average of 3.79 or higher.
Students Hye Sun Choi of South Korea, who won the Wilson Award, and Mason Rhodes of Benton, who won the Distinguished Service Award, were the two featured speakers at the ceremonies.
