Silver Alert inactivated for missing 70-year-old from Conway
Conway, Arkansas — A silver alert for a 70-year-old in Conway has been inactivated.
James Earl Brown was missing from 9220 Otto Road in Conway on Sunday, according to a news release. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans. Brown was described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Arkansas State Police inactivated the silver alert shortly after it was issued Sunday morning.
