I-555’s service road to close for maintenance
Jonesboro, Arkansas – In Craighead County, a service road on I-555 is anticipated to close.
Crews will resurface a service road on the south side of Interstate 555 between the on-ramp from Caraway Road and extending to Red Wolf Boulevard, according to a press release from the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
Weather permitting, a brief shutdown of this area will start on Tuesday, October 4, and remain for just one day.
Due to the presence of orange barrels, barricades, and flaggers who will be directing traffic, ARDOT suggests using extra caution when in this area.
