“A Merrier Motown Christmas” holiday event is announced by the Arkansas Repertory Theatre
Little Rock, Arkansas – The Arkansas Repertory Theatre revealed on Friday that “A Merrier Motown Christmas,” a unique holiday performance event, would be returning.
The holiday spectacular is back after a completely sold-out run in 2023. Performances are set for December 18, 19, 20 at 7 p.m.; December 21 at 2 p.m. & 7 p.m.; December 22 at 2 p.m.; and December 23 at 2 p.m. & 7 p.m.
For a night of gold records and silver bells, the Ken-Matt Martin-directed production will include festive tunes in the vein of Motown performers.
Nygel D. Robinson, the music director and vocalist, as well as Bijoux, Tawanna Campbell, and Antonio Woodard, the vocalists, will be returning. Josh Starks, Ricardo Richardson, and Corey Harris are among the featured artists.
