Arkansas State Police searching for 87-year-old White County man

Bald Knob, Arkansas – A Silver Alert has been issued by the Arkansas State Police for a man missing from White County.
According to state troopers, William Paul Barner, 87, is missing and is being sought after. He vanished on Wednesday at around 4 p.m. at Bald Knob, according to the authorities.
A teenager has returned home in Barling after going missing over night.
According to special agents, Barner was last seen around 1601 Highway 367 North, close to Barnes RV Park.
Barner is characterized as a Caucasian male who weighs 150 pounds and has a height of 5 feet 7 inches. He has brown eyes, according to the authorities, and was last seen sporting an 82nd Airborne cap.
Little Rock 911’s personnel has decreased by over 50%, and the police union is worried about officer safety.
He may be driving a 2004 Buick Lesabre with the license plate 355WMP, according to the authorities.
Barner’s whereabouts are unknown, therefore anyone with information is urged to call the White County Sheriff’s Office at 501-279-6241.
