Little Rock, Arkansas – For Pulaski County, the risk of fire has grown.

Due to an elevated risk of fire, the county government of Pulaski imposed a burn ban on Maumelle.

Residents must follow city ordinance, according to Maumelle Fire, while disposing of smoking materials, utilizing barbecues, and using outdoor fireplaces.

Residents are also informed by Maumelle Fire that open fires are prohibited without permission.

Any outdoor fireplaces and fire pits must be covered with a mesh screen or be enclosed.
