Following a sudden automobile crash, Three Sam’s BBQ will be temporarily closed
Little Rock, Arkansas – Following a car accident, the Three Sam’s BBQ and Catering restaurant in Mabelvale, California, temporarily closes its doors.
The mishap, which occurred at 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, was deemed to be an accident, according to the authorities.
The car went into the smoker room on the side of the restaurant building after smashing into a telephone pole and splitting it in half.
According to Martine Dionne, manager of Three Sams BBQ and Catering, the vehicle damaged the larger, more expensive smoker inside by driving it against the wall and wrecked a $400 smoker on the outside.
The business will need to spend thousands of dollars to repair the damage, according to Dionne, but having the support of their neighborhood will help them recover more quickly.
“It makes me feel good that we have so much support especially when something like this happens, people rally around and I am hoping it will bring us some great business because the support as I said has always been constant,” said Dionne. “No matter what happens, especially with the fire, amazing support.”
It has happened before that the restaurant has been damaged.
Three Sam’s BBQ was destroyed by fire in March 2016 because of a fire near the smoker.
Before reopening in 2017, the restaurant was closed for a period of 19 months.
Dionne stated that they hoped to reopen by the following week.
