In a barricade incident, NLR police injured 1 and detained 1 people
Little Rock, Arkansas – Officers responded to a residence after receiving a call reporting a disturbance with a firearm, according to information provided by the North Little Rock Police Department.
Officers were called to a home in the 700 block of West 16th Street on Sunday, March 26, at 3:13 a.m. due to a disturbance with a weapon.
When the police arrived at the location, they discovered a victim who had been hurt by the disturbance.
The victim, who is stable, was brought to a nearby hospital for treatment.
According to the police, the incident’s suspect was besieged inside the house.
Trice Dawkins, 48, a resident of North Little Rock, is the suspect. After being blocked for several hours, Dawkins has been arrested.
She was taken to the Pulaski County Regional Correctional Complex after being charged with one count of first-degree domestic battery.
Without a bond, she is being detained.
