Little Rock woman dies in head-on collision near Jacksonville, report
Jacksonville, Arkansas – Head-on collision near Jacksonville was fatal for one Little Rock woman on Saturday afternoon.
According to police report, the accident took place around 4 p.m. on Highway 294 near Caddo Trail. The woman was identified as 37-year-old Amber Jimerson of Little Rock.
The accident happened when the other SUV, reportedly SUV, cross the center line in went in the opposite direction lane crashing into the Jimerson’s vehicle. There is ongoing investigation about the crash that should reveal why the SUV left its lane.
The driver of the SUV was also injured, but no word was given about his condition.
