More high schools around Northeast Arkansas are tipping off the 2020-2021 basketball campaign.
Valley View beat defending 3A boys state champ Osceola in the season opener. The Blazers held off the Seminoles 70-65 Monday evening.
Jonesboro girls fell to Conway 70-64 in the season opener. Ereauna Hardaway had 29 points for the Lady Hurricane. Chloe Clardy led the Lady Wampus Cats with 32 points.
