One suspected arrested involved in the Pulaski County deadly shooting Wednesday afternoon
Pulaski County, Arkansas – One person was arrested involved in the Pulaski County deadly shooting that took place Wednesday afternoon, police say.
According to police announcement, the 30-year-old Brandy Ann Copeland of Cabot was arrested after she was questioned by police.
Police said they found Copeland at the scene and she informed them that the victim was her boyfriend. According to the reports, she informed the first responders that she shot her boyfriend and she threw the gun into the nearby woods.
Copeland was taken to the Pulaski County Detention Center without incident.
Police added that the suspect now faces first degree murder charges and possession of a firearm by certain persons.
