Taking the first steps towards a healthy lifestyle

Jonesboro, Arkansas – One fitness center offers tips on how to get healthy and maintain that health as National Wellness Month comes to a close.
Squats, walking, and pushups are the three exercises that everyone can perform anywhere, according to Dylan Ferrell of Workout Anytime Southwest in Jonesboro.
According to Ferrell, a lot of people start working out or making an effort to improve their health but give up when they don’t see results right away.
“It’s something to just take your time on,” Ferrell explained. “Make those small changes one at a time. Make a change every single day and just be patient with it.”
He continued, “You should eat something small an hour or two prior to working out.” You ought to consume a protein-rich meal right after doing exercise.
