The latest catalytic converter theft victim is a delivery service

Jonesboro, Arkansas – Following a theft, a Jonesboro delivery service was forced to stop operating on Monday.

Devalyn Duke of Duke’s Hot Shot Deliveries, 4114 Service Rd., reported on Monday that his 2015 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck’s catalytic converter had been stolen.

The theft occurred at 3314 S. Stadium Blvd. between 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, and 12 p.m. on Monday, March 27, according to the initial incident report.

Duke estimated the part’s worth at $400.

This is merely the most recent of Jonesboro’s increasing number of thefts of catalytic converters. Theft has recently targeted Abilities Unlimited and a used auto lot.
