UAMS is providing a class on Koru Mindfulness to help with stress-management techniques

Little Rock, Arkansas – According to a press release, the Koru Mindfulness online course, offered by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences’ mindfulness program, will begin taking enrollments in April.
From April 17 to May 8, there will be one 75-minute lesson per week from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. with Ellis Widner.
