Little Rock, Arkansas – According to a press release, the Koru Mindfulness online course, offered by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences’ mindfulness program, will begin taking enrollments in April.

From April 17 to May 8, there will be one 75-minute lesson per week from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. with Ellis Widner.

The training includes an introduction to mindfulness meditation and stress-management techniques, according to a news release.

These abilities support individuals in living each moment of life fully, kindly, and without bias.

Since 2017, the certified instructors of the UAMS Mindfulness Program have been teaching Koru Mindfulness to trainees, professors, and students at UAMS.
