University of Arkansas professor, 42, detained on suspicion of sexual assault
Little Rock, Arkansas – A 42-year-old University of Arkansas teacher was arrested on a charge of sexual assault, it was revealed on Monday.
Stephanie Gueck Neipling of Rogers told a detective that she had engaged in sexual activity with a child.
The victim of Neipling reported to the authorities that she sent him videos and messages on Snapchat.
According to the website of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, she was a member of the department of external relations at the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture.
She was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault but later freed after posting a $50,000 bond.
Additionally, Neipling has been told to limit her interactions with children to those in her immediate family.
She worked as the deputy director of constituents for former governor Asa Hutchinson before becoming a university teacher.
