Voluntary vaccination event for students in Conway, hosted by Conway Public Schools
Conway, Arkansas – Conway Public Schools will host vaccination event on Wednesday, May 16th, at CPSD’s Buzz Bolding Arena. According to the host, all students aged 12-15 will be eligible to receive free Covid-19 vaccine.
Both onsite and virtual students are welcome to the event which will take place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Students attending the event will be excused from school that day.
The host also noted that parental consent will be required for the vaccine.
CPSD will provide onsite students from the district’s middle schools and junior high school bus transportation.
Everyone who will attend the event will receive Pfizer vaccine.
The second dose of the vaccine will be administrated on June 16th. There will be no transportations organized for this event and parents will have to drive their children.
