Jacksonville’s farmers market will open for the season in 2023 this weekend
Jacksonville, Arkansas – Farm-fresh food will be available in Jacksonville soon.
On Saturday, May 6, the Market in Jacksonville will kick off its 2023 farmers market season with its Annual Market Madness block party from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 9 Municipal Drive.
Many local vendors will be present, including Magness Creek Farms, Grand Prairie Nursery, Murder Farm Hot Sauce, and Natural State Bakery.
Tony Anderson, a Jacksonville resident, will provide live entertainment, and children can interact with Cockrill’s Country Critters at the petting zoo. There will also be food trucks available.
The Market sells things created and grown in the area. From May to October, it will be open every Saturday from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.
