Man killed following gunshot on Monday night in southwest Little Rock
Little Rock, Arkansas – According to Little Rock police, a man was killed in a gunshot that occurred Monday night in the southwest of the city.
Just before 10 o’clock in the evening, according to the Little Rock Police Department, officers were called to a shooting in the 7000 block of Fairfield Drive.
Officers reported that when they arrived on the scene, they discovered Ricardo Sykes, 49, suffering from gunshot wounds. He later passed away at a nearby hospital from his injuries.
According to the police, this event involved a domestic altercation.
At this time, LRPD officials have not disclosed any suspect information.
