The identity of Little Rock’s 31st murder victim has been released

Little Rock, Arkansas – Tuesday saw the identification of the victim in the 31st homicide in Little Rock.
At 6:37 on Monday morning, the Little Rock Police Department responded to a medical assist call.
The cops discovered 26-year-old Joseph Cessor there at 801 East Roosevelt Road with injuries from blunt force trauma.
At the site, Cessor was confirmed as deceased.
The event was reported to Little Rock Homicide Detectives, who arrived at the site.
In response to the incident, the Pulaski County Coroner took Cessor’s remains to the State Crime Lab for an autopsy.
The incident report said that Cessor was homeless.
His heirs have been informed.
The city claimed that after investigators investigated the area for witnesses and surveillance, a preliminary inquiry was launched.
This is still being looked into.
