Little Rock, Arkansas – In Super Bowl 57, the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs will face off. The fan bases of these two groups are among the best in football.

The Vince Lombardi Trophy is on the line, so it’s a serious matter between the Chiefs and Eagles fans, two of the fiercest and most enthusiastic supporters you’ll ever meet.

The Central Arkansas Chiefs fan club was founded by Allen Myers and Chandler Hickman.

Myers and Hickman claimed that they founded their Central Arkansas-based Chiefs fan club in 2017 and that it currently has 350 members.

Hickman grew to adore the Chiefs as a young fan. He claimed that he had been a fan of Arrowhead Stadium ever since he first laid eyes on it.

After relocating to Kansas City for work from McGehee, Arkansas, Myers developed a following more than 30 years ago.

It’s not simple to win the Super Bowl. So, the Eagles are respected by both Hickman and Myers, but that’s it.

“I have one good friend named Steve who is a big Eagles fan. He mentioned something about us watching the game together and I told him that I still wanted to be friends,” Myers said.

Myers’ home is decked out with Chiefs gear from the garage to the bathroom.

“I came over and was overwhelmed. I was like wow. It’s almost like being an Arrowhead,” Hickman said as he describes his reaction the first time being at Myers’ house.

However, a man named Randall Reese who is an ardent Eagles supporter lives about 40 minutes away.

“Fly eagles fly! Kakaaaaa,” he screams!

When Reese saw Randall Cunningham play while still a little child, he too developed a passion for the Eagles.

Reese takes the stance that “once an Eagle, always an Eagle.” Because of their head coach, Andy Reid, he claimed he has conflicted feelings about playing for the Chief. In 2004, Reid led the Philadelphia Eagles to their second Super Bowl appearance.

“The Chiefs has kind of been like a secondary team that I would root for because of him,”

However, he will toss everything out the window on Super Bowl Sunday.

After winning in 2017, the Eagles are vying for their second championship in history. The Chiefs finally have success in 2019 after a nearly 50-year drought. They will be anxious and hoping for number 3.

“I get sick to my stomach and don’t eat on the day of the game,” Myers said.

They chose the following.

Myers – 27 – 21 Chiefs

Hickman -24 – 30 Chiefs

Reese – 34 -Eagles: 21.
