White County reportedly seen some minor earthquakes

White County, Arkansas – During the early hours of Tuesday morning, White County was shaken by a couple of minor earthquakes.
At 12:04 in the morning on October 24, the United States Geological Survey registered a tremor with a magnitude of 2.2. After that, a magnitude 2.0 earthquake occurred at 12:42 in the morning.
The epicenter of the quakes was located approximately 20 miles south of Batesville and approximately five miles south of Pleasant Plains.
According to the USGS, no one has yet reported experiencing any of the earthquakes.
